Firmware Update & Features – EXZES ZIII Ver. 1.00.03

How to Update to Firmware 1.00.03

1. Download EZ-Z3.zip (contains required files).
2. Create a folder named EZ-Z3 in the root directory of your micro SDHC card, then create a subfolder named update.
3. Place EZ-Z3_firm_1.00.03.prg and EZ-Z3_lamg_ENG.res into the update folder.
4. Ensure the micro SDHC card is formatted in FAT32.
5. Insert the card into the EXZES ZIII (check orientation and insert fully).
6. Go to System → SD-Card → Firmware → Update.
7. When prompted with "UPDATE OK?", select YES.
8. Wait for the update to complete. The message "COMPLETE!" will appear.

Important Notes

• Insert the micro SDHC card slowly and completely until you hear a click.
• Do not remove the card during the update, as it may prevent the transmitter from powering on.
• Fully charge the transmitter before updating firmware and language files.
• If voltage drops during the update, the process may fail, and the transmitter may not turn on.
• If the transmitter doesn't power on after a failed update, contact your local distributor.
