The couriers we use are DHL, CHRONOPOST and GLS

Our system automatically suggests the available shipping options taking into account the order content. Some products such as paints, sprays, and big battery amounts cannot be shipped by air but need to be transported by truck. In these cases the system automatically removes DHL as shipping method giving just GLS or Chronopost as options. Of course these products cannot be shipped outside EU.

We have two shipping rates, Standard and Big Item. Usually in Europe, with some exceptions, only the Standard rate is applied. For other Countries some items such as bags, bodyshells or similar items turn the shipment into Big Item.
